"Tom (French) and I have been married since 2016, having been together for eight years before that, and much of our life revolves around our love of food, drink and travel.

We have been really fortunate to travel to some amazing places and experience lots of different cultures with our friends and family. Central to those experiences has been the enjoyment of great food and drink – I don’t think I’d be over exaggerating to say we literally live to eat!

This business is a celebration of our passion and comes from a desire to share the joy that food and drink brings us with our community. It’s entirely selfish – we want to create the kind of local food destination that we would love to visit. We just hope you would like to come and visit us too!"

Great food and drink can be found all over the world and that is no less true of our own small part of it. Hertfordshire has some amazing producers of high-quality food and drink right on our doorstep and our goal is to showcase the best products from the county and beyond.
