Cancellations and Returns

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

If you have placed an order with us, but not yet received it, you may cancel your order without giving a reason at any time within 14 days of placing the order. You will have no further obligations and we will refund your payment in full.

 

If you have placed an order with us, and received it, you may still cancel your order at any time within 14 days of the date you received the goods. In this instance, you must tell us that you wish to cancel in writing by emailing delicatessen@frenchandday.co.uk; stating:

 

  • Your order number
  • The date of purchase
  • The item/s to be returned and, where applicable, the reasons why

 

In order to receive a full refund, you will need to send your order back to us within the same 14-day period and in a resaleable condition. This will be at your own risk and expense.

 

DAMAGES AND DEFECTS

Whilst we make every effort to ensure our products reach you in the very best condition, we understand that sometimes things go wrong. Where an item arrives damaged or is defective, we will of course accept their return and provide you with the option of a replacement or refund.

 

If you wish to return a damaged or defective item, please notify us in writing per the instructions above; ensuring that you state the nature of any damage or defect in your email. Where we agree that an item is damaged or defective, we will cover the costs associated with its return.

 

From time to time, we may decide to waive the requirement for you to physically return the item in order to receive a replacement or refund. Where this is the case, we will inform you in writing.
